The HT-HTP 4015 is a small size high temperature resistant RAIN (UHF) RFID tag ideal for industrial and manufacturing asset tagging applications. The tag comprises of a rugged PEEK encapsulation and is designed to withstand continuous exposure to temperatures of upto 300° C for a period of 100 hours and upto 260° C for long hours.
This small size RFID hard tag is optimized for application onto metal surfaces and offers a good read range for its size of upto 6 meters on-metal and upto 1.7 meters off-metal surfaces. It can also withstand exposure to moisture and solvents typically encountered in industrial environments as a result of its high impact resistant, water proof and durable construction, making it suitable for deployment in heavy industrial and outdoor applications where it could be exposed to challenging environmental conditions.
Offered with NXP’s UCODE 8 chip, these tags can be mounted onto the asset surface using screws or a high-performance adhesive. The tags are offered with customer specific encoding of EPC.
