UHF RFID laundry tag LAU-1170 is a woven label for flat linen, garments, pillow case etc. The tag has been specifically designed to be seamlessly integrated by inserting it into the hem of linen and various other textile products used in large-scale laundries and by their customer such as hospitals, hotels, etc. the garment.
The asset tracking requirements of the aforementioned industries are easily met due to its form factor and reasonably good read range. The tag also has a long life expectancy and can withstand repeated washing cycles and exposures to temperatures that the garments are exposed to before and after the washing cycles.
LAU-1170 woven UHF RFID laundry tag 11x70mm is based on a unique and patented concept. It uses a very small UHF device coupled with a sewed secondary antenna made of an innovative and flexible special thread. It withstands heat-sealing processes and can be attached to the textile article using its own adhesive delivered as a standard.
