High Temperature & Acid Alkali RFID hard tag HT-6229 in size 62 x 29 x 12 mm is a high temperature resistant RAIN (UHF) RFID hard tag that can survive harsh industrial environmental conditions that are encountered in automotive manufacturing to oil and gas drilling. This tag is built with a rugged encapsulation made out of high-performance engineering thermoplastic that has the ability to withstand exposure of upto 260°C for extended periods of time. This IP67 rated tag also offers chemical resistance to solutions with acidity in the range of PH0 to PH14 apart from all other liquids that PEEK can handle. The tag has a compressive strength of 150 MPa.
On-metal RFID hard tag HT-6229 is offered with an Alien Higgs 3 chip and offers very good read range performance. It can be affixed on a variety of asset surfaces with the use of screws. The tag is delivered with customer specific encoding of EPC.
