The HTP-M8719 is an On-metal UHF label, which can be printed & encoded On-site using RFID enabled thermal transfer printers and designed to endure high temperatures, providing a reliable identification tool for industrial processes subjected to extreme temperatures.
Offering up to 2.5 meters of reading range, the HTP-M8719 was developed specifically for the automotive industry, withstanding 200 degrees C x 30 minutes x 3 cycles, making it an ideal solution for automotive paint drying. The label is versatile and applicable to many other industries.
Its high performance & heat resistant permanent adhesive ensures strong adhesion, lasting multiple heat cycles. Easy to apply, the labels offer a distinct advantage for processes that cannot use screws or cable ties to affix the tag onto the item. Labels do not shrink after being exposed to heat.
A disposable layer between each RFID label ensures efficient Thermal transfer printing.
Applications
