125KHz RFID-cards Atmel® T5577

ATA5577 security RFID card is part of the Atmel® series cards offering the best contactless security technology for access control applications. The ATA5577 contactless card operates between frequencies of 100-150 kHz which is ideal for applications in the 125 kHz or 134 kHz frequency band. It offers 363 Bits EEPROM memory size arranged in 11 blocks that can be read and written by RFID-reader.
