Avery Dennison Smartrac Grille inlays and tags with UCODE 9 ICs from NXP are designed for industrial application in the automotive, aerospace, office appliances and pharmaceutical sectors, among others.

Grille inlays and tags offer excellent performance on light and medium loads and feature the tiniest optimized form factor to tag small items in industrial environments. They are available with the latest NXP UCODE 9 ICs, taking advantage of improved IC sensitivity. AD Grille U9 provides global RF performance. AD Grille provides good orientation sensitivity, offers unique TID and enables pre-serialized EPC plus parallel encoding, and provides a product status flag.

Additionally, Avery Dennison Smartrac’s Grille inlays and tags can be equipped with NXP UCODE DNA to enable parts authentication and brand protection with higher memory capabilities. The inlays are available in dry, wet and paper tag delivery formats.

The inlays and tags are halogen free and are compliant with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management as well as ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management, which ensure a reliable and state-of-the-art product that meets a variety of applications with extended user memory needs.
